mozzarella cheese crunchy



Ingredients
Eggs: 2 tablets (shake)
Water: a quarter cup
Rusk: ½ cup (cakes crunched)
Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
Flour: cup
Oil: prolific (for frying)
Mozzarella cheese: 500 grams (diced)


How to prepare
1. Mix the egg and water in a bowl.

2. Mix the breadcrumbs and garlic powder in another bowl.

3. Heat the oil in a deep saucepan on fire.

4. Cover the cut mozzarella cheese in flour, then egg mixture, then breading mixture.

5. fry cheese marinated in heavy oil until hot Athmr and is golden brown.
