Alsinabon


Alsinabon amounts:

 Alsinabon paste:

4 and a half cups of flour

1 cup warm milk

¼ cup soft butter

½ cup sugar

Tablespoons yeast and a quarter

Two eggs

Pinch of salt

Padding Alsinabon:
Teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Teaspoon nutmeg

Municipal cup of walnuts or nuts of any kind as desired

 Caramel Sauce:

½ cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons water

6 tablespoons butter

One tablespoon of corn starch

Steps to prepare Alsinabon:

We begin dough:

Keep warm milk in a bowl and add the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar and mix well for 5 minutes

Heat the butter on the fire and leave to cool, then add eggs and mix well and then to add to milk

In a blender add two cups flour, sugar, salt and Nkhalthm well and then gradually add milk and a cup of flour to mix all the ingredients

We continue to add flour and continue mixing to form our soft dough

Keep the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with butter and butter transparent foil and put in the refrigerator an hour and a half until ferments

The work of the caramel sauce:

Keep the butter and brown sugar on the fire to boil the ingredients and then we will submit

To prepare the rolls Cinnabon:
