omelette with meat and spinach



Amounts to:
3 cups chopped fresh spinach
200 g of meat, coarsely chopped
Cup of white flour
6 eggs, fresh
Seasoning - salt
Cup of obesity or oil or butter
Large onion finely chopped
Half a cup of milk



How to prepare:
Put chopped spinach in boiling water for 3 minutes, then wash with cold water and drain in a colander to dry a little bit.

Put half the amount of obesity or oil on high heat with minced meat and fry in part.

Chopped onion rubbed with salt and half a teaspoon of sweet pepper. Onion is added to the meat and mix it with him for a few minutes. Remove from heat the pan until cool.

Beat eggs in a bowl with the flour and milk. Add the meat with spinach, onions and a little salt. Stir well with a spoon.

Heats the rest of obesity or oil in a tray and pour the mixture evenly over them before entering the oven temperature of 400 degrees F until cooked omelets well.

Omelets cut into pieces and serve hot.
