Milk and raisin pies



Ingredients:
Dough
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt (Rob)
6 tablespoons butter
3 large eggs pill
1 teaspoon vanilla liquid
4 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup castor sugar granules
1 tablespoon instant yeast soft
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4  cup white raisins

Face polishing mixture
1 large grain eggs
1 large tablespoon water

Sugar sauce
1 cup sugar powder
1-2 tbsp water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla liquid
1/4 cup grated coconut


How to prepare:

 Bring mold size oven 13 × 9.

Dough
Place in a bowl mixer each of milk, yogurt, butter, eggs and vanilla. Proven racket dough. Filled mixer on medium speed for a minute that the mixed materials.

Then added 4 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, salt and cinnamon. Filled mixer on medium speed until the dough is made up and separated from the edges of the bowl. Add rest of flour if the dough is soft. Filled mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and chewy textures.

Cover the dough with a piece of nylon paper. And put them in a warm place for an hour to be brewing and double in size.

Sugar sauce
In a deep dish Put the sugar, water and vanilla. Using a fork heart sugar until smooth sugar sauce made up.

Get out oatmeal cookies from the oven. Divide half the amount of sugar sauce. Pies invited to cool slightly and then leader of the rest of the sauce. Decorate pies raisins and walnuts warm
