Ingredients
Fish fillet: 250 gr (cut into cubes)
Green coriander: 8 gr
Cashew: 15 gr (nuts)
Coconut: 10 gr milk
Curry powder: 10 gr
Turmeric: 4 gr
Salt: 50 gr
Cumin: 50 pcs
Coriander: 50 gr (milled)
Onion: 10 gr (chopped)
Tomatoes: 1 BCS
How to prepare
1. In a bowl, put on the fire, stir the onion with oil.
2 - then add the curry powder and turmeric, coriander, cumin, coconut milk, salt and green coriander, a small amount of cut tomatoes.
3. Fry the fish fillets in a bowl placed on the fire and contain the oil, then add to the sauce.
