vegetable meatballs



The amounts of the modus operandi of a Chinese vegetable meatballs:

3 potato cut into rings
1 cup broccoli clip
3 Islands long section
500 g meat, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped parsley
3 tablespoons dill, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped
½ cup Rusk
1 tablespoon Bharat problem
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon crushed coriander
3 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon cumin

The modus operandi of a Chinese vegetable meatballs:

Bring a deep dish and my meat, parsley, dill, onion, breadcrumbs, spices, black pepper, salt, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
Configurable mixture in the form of balls and put in flour and then fried in oil until become red.
Bring tray wrapped butter and my potatoes, carrots, broccoli and meat balls.
Doing with salt and pepper and then the Chinese go in the oven for 30 minute.
Serve hot.
