Scallop meat with mushroom and cream




Ingredients:
8 scalloped veal chops
200 grams mushrooms
Cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
2 large tablespoon vegetable oil
Half teaspoon black pepper
Half teaspoon salt
Quarter cup of lemon juice
2 tsp garlic

How to prepare:

Fry veal slices in the oil and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, then add a suitable mushrooms and garlic and stir for a minute.

We add pieces of meat to the mushrooms and garlic, then add the lemon juice, then we add stones, salt and pepper and let boil until the contents.

Pour the contents of the presentation dishes and decorate with parsley.
