Crispy chicken thighs


Ingredients
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tbsp red pepper paste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup coconut milk
Salt and Pepper
6 chicken thighs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon turmeric grinded
1 teaspoon crushed coriander
Two scrambled eggs
1 cup crushed peanuts
Oil for frying


How to prepare:
- Mix the garlic with ginger, pepper paste, coconut milk in a deep bowl of soy sauce.
- Spice mixture with salt and pepper and stir well until homogeneous sauce ingredients.
- Are kept by 2/1 cup of the sauce aside for later use.
- Chicken legs are placed in the rest of the sauce so that the amount covered, then cover and place in the refrigerator (the refrigerator) for at least one hour until saturated flavor.
- Mix flour with turmeric, coriander, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix a small amount of the remaining portion of the sauce (about 3 tablespoons) with eggs in another bowl, stirring until Etjans egg mixture.
- Lift the chicken pieces from the sauce while retaining the greatest amount of liquid attached to them and then placed in the flour mixture.
- The volatility of chicken thighs in spiced flour mixture until completely covered (taking into account the disposal of excess flour), then cover the egg mixture and finally crushed peanuts.
- The oil is heated in a frying pan over medium heat, and fry the chicken thighs on all sides until golden color.
- Hips raise chickens on a paper towel, and stacked in a serving dish
