Fingers shrimp with rice, parsley



Ingredients:

1 kilo shrimps
2 medium onion
1 cup rice washed and soaked for two hours
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon parsley
1 package dill
1 teaspoon coriander (greener usual stuffed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 hot pepper fruit
1 teaspoon thyme
2 cloves crushed Hbhan
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 lemon fruit


METHODS:

Divide in half kilo shrimp
Then we chop greenery with a portion of shrimp (small berries)
And also rice, onion, garlic and grated spices all in chopping machine electrical kippas until the mixture is shaped like meatballs
And then it is mixed with shrimp mixture shroud with the other part of shrimp (larger)
Then form a paste kofta shrimp (optional)
And then placed in a dish with a little flour and then fried in hot oil until maturity
And offers health and our God ... ..
