Fingers potatoes with minced meat




Ingredients:
Potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into fingers
Teaspoon salt
Cup vegetable oil for frying
To prepare the ground beef sauce:
Beef 300 g V-
Salt ad libitum
Onion, chopped finely 1
2 small tablespoon vegetable oil
2 ½ cup tomato sauce
Teaspoon minced garlic
Teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
Cup grated cheddar cheese

How to prepare:

fried potato:
Heat the oil and then cut my potatoes and leave to become a golden color.
Get out of the oil, sprinkle with salt, then set aside the tissue paper.

Minced meat sauce:
In a frying pan, meaty oil and fry the onion and garlic until tender
Add the minced meat and  salt, black pepper and white pepper.
Stir until the meat is cooked.
Put the tomato sauce and stir. Leave the mixture on low heat until it boils.
In a serving dish, put fried potatoes and my guest above minced meat with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese immediately on the hot meat until it melts.
