500 g keema
1/2 cup fry chopped onion
2 tbs bread crumbs
1tbs besan
11/2 tbs Ginger garlic paste
1 cup youghrt
2 tbs tomato paste
2 tbs chopped green chillies
2 tbs coriander leaves chopped
1 tbs chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tbs garam masala powder
Salt to taste
3 tbs oil
Clean and wash meat mince ( keema) after add chopped onion , chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves,salt to taste,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,bread crumbs,1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste, mix all nicely after make Small Kabab.
Heat oil in a pan add jeera,and Ginger garlic paste, sauté 1 minutes after add chopped fry onions, spices,and youghrt , tomato paste, sauté 2 minutes more than add 2 glass water . Water boiling than add Kabab cover and cook medium to slow flame ,in between​ check and turn Kabab .All water is burn and oil bubbling turn off the flame.
On a Kabab put small piece foil paper ,put burning coal on a top of foil and sprinkle 1/2 tsp ghee on top of the coal and cover few minutes ( but very careful) After 10 minutes open the kababpan and serve
