Easy home - made mint ice-cream



500ml fresh cream
1 tin condensed milk
Mint essence
Green food colouring
1 slab mint chocolate

Beat the fresh cream until it reaches soft peaks, fold in the condensed milk and mix. Add 2 tsps mint essence and a drop of food colouring and mix together. Add in chopped mint chocolate and mix.
Empty in a 2lt container and freeze overnight
Ready to eat the next morning. ‎
