Kabsa chicken with spices and herbs



Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups of water
1 kilo basmati rice
3 units tomato
1 kilo of chicken
3 onions, chopped soft
1/4 cup of soft coriander
Hot green pepper (to taste)

1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 garlic cloves

3 teaspoons of salt

How to prepare:
