Beans curry:
2cups of boiled beans
2 large potatoes peeled and quartered
Salt to taste
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
2 tomatoes diced
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon curry powder

Heat two tablespoons of oil.
To the oil add two each cinnamon sticks and bay leaves and a sprig of curry leaves add onion and fry until nicely browned. Add beans with all other ingredients and half a cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until potatoes are done
