Ingredients:
* Dough
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup of lukewarm water
3 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons margarine.
* Filling:
2/1 kilo of canned mushrooms from the water drained and chopped meat in the shredder

2/1 cup of chopped parsley
5 to 6 cloves of garlic mashed
Head, chopped red pepper, finely
4/3 kilo of tomatoes, peeled and chopped (drained of water)
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper paste or semi-sweet
salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder half
4/1 bunch mint Alfrc and chopped (optional)
2/1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon of sweet pepper.
How to prepare:
Yeast and sugar dissolve in a quarter cup of water. Yeast leave aside for a few minutes.
Mix 3 cups of the flour with the salt in a large bowl and add the yeast to them and the melted butter and the rest of the water.
All scrubs to get a soft and elastic dough. Add more flour if needed.
Leave until the dough rest in a warm place for two or three hours until it doubles in size.
Mix all the filling ingredients together.
