Basbousa yogurt and coconut



Ingredients:
¾ cup milk
¼ cup yogurt
1/31 cup sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon Vanilia
2 ½ semolina flour (Semolina)
½ cup margarine
½ coconut
Sorbet (Qatar hot)

How to prepare:
- Heated oven at 180 ° C.
- Mix the milk with yogurt and Alscrve deep bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Baking powder and Alvanlia mixed with semolina flour, then add the milk and yogurt mixture and stir well with a wooden spoon until the ingredients are mixed.
- Add the hot shortening to the mixture and knead until we get a homogeneous mixture and Lin.
- Coconut is added to the mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture in a greased oven tray with shortening and equal to the surface.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the blush color.
- Watered Balcherbat hot as it exits from the oven and leave to cool and saturated from Sherbet.
