Beef fajitas with spaghetti sauce





Ingredients:
tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon garlic, minced fine
2 cups tomato juice
1 teaspoon dried crushed coriander
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and Pepper

Fajita meat
3 tbsp oil
1 medium onion (long sticks)
1 teaspoon minced garlic soft suspension of intelligent
3 colors pepper (red, green, and yellow), long sticks
½ kilo beef (preferably Wiggly), sliced
1 teaspoon dried crushed coriander
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon coarse activities (optional)
Salt and Pepper
½ kilo pasta pen boiled
Green coriander for garnish


How to prepare :

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic, stirring until it becomes their color golden.
Add tomato juice and season with cumin, coriander, salt and pepper, stirring.
Leave until the sauce begins to boil, then loosen the heat and simmer for about 7 minutes until texture is somewhat thick.

Fajita meat
Heat oil in a thick bottomed skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic, stirring a little pepper, then add the color and stir until lightly wilt.
Put the meat on the side of the pan (so that touching the bottom) and stir-fry until it changes color on both sides.
Mix the meat with vegetable mixture, season with coriander, cumin, chili, salt and pepper, stirring until fully matured components.
Add tomato sauce and mix stomach with fajitas, then add the noodles boiled and volatile components for about two minutes until the overlap.
Progress with hot pasta and fajitas decorated with green coriander.
